Our hot pepper flavored Vodka is the perfect pick for someone who wants a little spice in their life. We take real peppers and pressure infuse them for an outstanding flavor and spice profile you need to taste to believe! We combine habanero, serrano, Italian long hots and jalapeno peppers to develop a bold peppery flavor that makes some awesome cocktails. The spice is there but not offensive and dissipates quickly. We are honored that Actor Kal Penn selected Jersey Spirits for a special collaboration project! We developed a Single Malt Vodka to commemorate the release of his new autobiography! Like all of our spirits, this new edition is completely mashed, fermented and distilled on our premises. We get our 100% barley malt from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ

Kal's book is available at your local bookstore. We have begun distributing this special edition around the state of New Jersey. There are a few signed bottles mixed in the deliveries for an extra special treat. Check with your local retailer.

NEW release! We have been working on our newest iteration of our Jersey Hooch line for over a year. This was originally inspired during a collaboration with Melovino from their very popular PB&J Sammich mead. So we take our neutral spirits which are entirely distilled from corn locally at our distillery in Fairfield, NJ and infuse real peanuts into it. We also cook some peanuts and blend everything with cold pressed concord grapes. Much care and effort goes into these batches to ensure the final results are a flavor profile that will amaze you! Like all of our products, we NEVER use chemicals for flavor, juts the real thing! This does contain real peanuts and this batch is grape jelly for those asking. Pick up a bottle now!

In 2020 during COVID, we released our line of bitters we call Jersey Bitters. People from our state get a bad rap and we are often misunderstood. Some categorize us as angry or bitter people which is kinda insulting but hey, they just don't get us. Of course being stereotyped as angry does have it's benefits and we decided to apply this to our bitters development since, after all, angry people should know their way around bitterness! Our first two are available now and are Orange and Aromatics. We will be launching more in 2022 but for now you can enjoy both of these very high proof and flavorful bitters in your cocktails.

Like every single one of our products, the spirits and products are completely mashed, fermented, distilled and crafted eniterly in Fairfield, New Jersey and not just "bottled" here! And YES, that was a bitter statement!
